Sen. Barack Obama’s pastor says blacks should not sing “God Bless America” but “God damn America.”

I have already pointed out that Barack Obama has communist ties, but what is this? Yes those words came from Obama’s pastor, but if Obama truly loved this country (which I think he does not), don’t you think that he would leave that church or least distance himself from it? Rather Obama considers that pastor family; like an ‘uncle’. Yes Obama, you will be judged by the company you keep.  The comments coming from that ‘preacher’ remind me of the stuff we hear from that whacko church – Westboro Baptist Church.

I am glad this news came out but it’s a bit late. Where was this news earlier in the primary season? This might have slowed that fast talking slick willy down a little. Good to see the common media doing their job.

Conservatives aren’t gonna like this!  McCain and crew, you listening? Anyway, if you Obama lovers think that Obama wants to led this country to a greater future, think again. I’ll be waiting for the flood of liberal to claim the pastor’s words are taken out of context.

Here is yet another skeleton in Obama’s closet that has somehow eluded the mass media. His ties to big biz electricity markets. One of his biggest backers is Exelon, the Illinois power company. And they are one of the largest megawatt providers. They’re also in trouble with the state AG who says that the company is bilking consumer left and right. Also there is that issue of the so call nuclear legislation he authored which was supposed to require all nuke plant owners to notify state and local authorities immediately of even small leaks. However, the bill was stripped down and lost its punch as Obama caved into senate Republicans and it replaced the requirement with a ‘guidance’. Obama forgets to mention that when he brags about that legislation on the campaign trail. Lies of omission. Change? What change? This sounds like the same old Big Energy/Oil Politics to me.

New York Times Gets Egg on Face Again

With the McCain story, once again we see what a sleazy news reporting agency the New York Times has turned into. The so called affair with lobbyist Vicki Iseman is not based on any fact, but hearsay. The New York Times based their whole story on the fact that “top advisors” in the McCain campaign were convinced that there was some romantic thing going on. No proof. No hard facts. Just gossip. The New York Times might as well report news from the office water cooler. They’re starting to look like the National Enquirer and have just about as much credibility.

Well here’s something you won’t read in the mainstream media. Here’s a present for Hillary or McCain to beat Bammy up with if they want to go there. Of course Hillary is already so socialist that she couldn’t throw too many stones. Barack Obama has long been suspected of being a communist, now he has connections to show it! Communist you say? Oh that’s so mid 20th century. Sorry folks, it’s alive and well; hiding under another name: Barack Obama.

Obama’s socialist backing goes back at least to 1996, when he received the endorsement of the Chicago branch of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) for an Illinois state senate seat. Later, the Chicago DSA newsletter reported that Obama, as a state senator, showed up to eulogize Saul Mendelson, one of the “champions” of “Chicago’s democratic left” and a long-time socialist activist. Obama’s stint as a “community organizer” in Chicago has gotten some attention, but his relationship with the DSA socialists, who groomed and backed him, has been generally ignored.

In the meantime, Mr. Mainstream Media continues to ignore any part of Barack Obama that doesn’t favor him. And the OBama fans keep drinking the communist koolaid. It may taste good now, but it will have a nasty after effect.

Corrupt Connecticut Prosecutor David J. Smith Promoted?

Earlier this year, I was both amazed and appalled by the Julie Amero case. It was the case where the substitute school teacher had spyware based porn popups on her classroom computer. It was a classic case of government overstepping its bounds and punishing someone for something they had no control over. She was convicted of risk of injury to a minor but it was later overturned and she was granted a new trial. You can read about the case at the Julie Amero Wikipedia Page.

It’s one of those cases that makes one angry at government run amok. So far there has been no news of a new trial. Gradually I forgot about the case. But it managed to resurface in a news article today. Strangely enough, it resurfaced in an article about those Aqua Dots toys laced with Date Rape drugs. Can’t recall the article location, but the author was comparing that situation to the Amero case as in “is the government going to arrest all the parents who gave their kids date rape drugs?” then went on to cite the Amero case.

There is a Blog kept by Amero and also a MySpace group devoted to the case. Neither one seems to have much activity since early summer so I guess that means no new trial. Perhaps the prosecution in this case might like to make this go away?

The actual prosecutor was a certain David J. Smith who seems to have moved on to the Connecticut State Atty General office. In retrospect this looks like a ‘railroad case’ much like the higher profile Duke Rape case. It’s full of suspicious characters on the side of the prosecution like the investigator who admitted to drinking on the job and the prosecutor David J. Smith who suppressed evidence in a previous case.

Why has this prosecutor David J. Smith not been investigated? Not only has he not been investigated or punished, but it looks as though David J. Smith has received a promotion since this case! They basically ruined someone’s life. In their zeal to control child porn, they got carried away and forgot to stay within the law. And he gets promoted after that? Is the CT AG corrupt as well?
